It’s best to find wild caught salmon – I use the 6 oz. can Wild Planet Salmon. Wild caught gives us those omega 3’s we all need, while the farmed salmon gives us those omega 3’s as well, it also packs in 5x as much omega 6’s (which are good, but overconsumption is not good, see our nutrition hack on omega 3’s vs. 6’s here).
