Energy Bites

Super simple and super tasty! Make a batch, roll them up and enjoy as a snack after a workout.

INGREDIENTS:

1 CUP PITTED DATES
2 CUPS RAW CASHEWS
1 TBSP VANILLA EXTRACT

DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1:
Place all ingredients in food processor, mix until combined.

STEP 2:
Roll into 1-inch balls, store in refrigerator.
