When my kids were little, I snickered and snackered as I bussed food back and forth. It only took me a few years to realize all those BLT's (bites, licks & tastes were adding up:) It is best to "structure" your meal time eg. sit down while eating. And eliminate those BLT's!
Myself and our R.D. share our top 4 lunches. I have to admit ... in all transparency ... once a week there is nothin' better than a tuna sub, jalapeno kettle chips and Mr. Pibb. Blance, not perfection, amiright?!?!
