As I was grocery shopping I passed by the "healthy cookies". I have passed by them several times, always thinking to myself this is the best marketing gimmick ever! But this time I had to wonder if I was missing something? Note - before you use this recipe you must watch the video:)
Protein Ball Recipe:
Powdered Peanut Butter (read instructions to make 1/2 cup)
1 cup Quick Oats
1/2 cup Raisins
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Wheat Germ or Flaxseed.
Mix ingredients and form into 1-inch balls. Store in refrigerator.
