For the next 30 days we are going to nurture our bodies. Join me for 30 days or pop in 3x/week. Our goal is to give ourselves 15-20 minutes each day - it can be exercise, reading, meditating, whatever nurtures you! Keep in mind #momlife happens and it's all about how you rebound.
